Intro

This branded film project was commissioned by RBH Hospitality Management, operating across the hospitality sector. The films were created to support recruitment and careers messaging, focusing on people, culture and working life across RBH-managed hotels.

The brief

The brief was to create a set of branding films that reflected RBH’s core principles and ethos, while avoiding a traditional corporate tone. The films needed to feel human, characterful and slightly unconventional, appealing to people considering careers within RBH and its hotel portfolio.

The outcome

The films are used across RBH’s website, recruitment campaigns and LinkedIn. The project delivered a central brand film supported by department-specific pieces, giving RBH flexibility across hiring and employer-brand channels.
