The brief
The brief was to visually support the editorial story, focusing on the concept behind the whisky collection and its connection to character, performance and narrative. The film centred on a conversation between Livingstone and actor Max Bennett, filmed alongside the Globe Theatre production of Macbeth.
The approach
Interview-driven structure supported by theatrical and location b-roll
Visual links between performance, place and product
Short-form pacing designed to complement written editorial
Considered use of environment to enhance narrative rather than distract from it
The outcome
The film was published alongside the written feature and is used on the Livingstone Rare website. It functions as a concise brand piece that reinforces storytelling, craft and creative intent.
